The Core Solutions team empowers Reality Labs to grow revenue by building industry leading sales capabilities that power efficient operations and unlock data driven insights for the sales organization. We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing retail operations programs across all existing and future partners, supporting field sales teams, field merchandising teams, physical merchandising, and online/digital teams.
Retail Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail operations programs to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including channel marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners to align and drive program goals and objectives
- Analyze retail operations data to identify areas for improvement and solutions to address them
- Develop and manage relationships with retail partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Create and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Develop and deliver program performance reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop contingency plans as required
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure seamless execution of retail operations programs
- Support field sales teams by development of sales enablement tools and training programs, management of sales incentives and promotions, analysis of sales performance data to inform sales strategies
- Support merchandising teams through, auditing merchandising compliance to guidelines and standards, management of in-store fixtures databases, manage reporting of merchandising effectiveness data, support mystery shop and customer insights reporting

- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, program management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing retail operations programs, including budget management, timeline development, and resource allocation
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBi, or Alteryx
- Proven track record of success in leadership communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science).
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Knowledge of retail partner guidelines and processes
- Experience managing budgets and developing financial models
- Certification in program management, such as PMP or Agile
- Experience with data modeling and analysis, including SQL and data visualization tools

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
