The Core Solutions team empowers Reality Labs to grow revenue by building industry leading that power efficient operations and unlock data driven insights for the sales organization. We are seeking a Retail Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communication, and reporting related to Channel Enablement Operations across both existing and future partners. The primary focus of the Reality Labs Retail Finance Analyst is to ensure that all data, budgets, and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Visualization through dashboards is a key aspect. Additionally, mastery and oversight of reports are critical for efficient operations.It is impact-driven, emphasizing accuracy and organization. The analyst collaborates across various teams, including channel marketing, finance, operations, sales, analytics, and external vendors, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Retail Operations Finance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Data management: Collect and clean data from various sources, including external data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain data budget vs forecast data models. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the organization.
- Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze sales forecast including revenue and inventory data. Understand retail data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Evaluate performance metrics such as sales, inventory, and customer engagement behavior.
- Process Optimization and Efficiency: Build customized processes based on business needs and requirements. Optimize partner sales and operational reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budget tracking operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and other stakeholders. Act as a liaison between global partners and finance operations teams. Conduct weekly and monthly opex status meetings.
- Decision-Making: Leverage partnerships with the finance, sales ops, data science and data engineering teams. Assess and provide detailed recommendations for balancing budgets.
- KPI Management and Budget Forecasting: Develop OPEX KPI management tools and dashboards. Collaborate with Finance on quarterly and year end budget forecasting. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Operational Insights and Strategic Solutions: Analyze processes to improve performance for end users. Propose innovative solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science).
- 5+ years of professional experience in retail, finance, channel marketing analytics, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Demonstrated retail analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in effective leadership communication and collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Creating/Managing Data Visualization experience with proficiency in Tableau/PowerBi.
- Microsoft and Google Suite expert proficiency.
- Consumer Electronics experience.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBi, Alteryx, Hive, and other data visualization and customization tools.
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst preferred.
- Familiarity with retail partners and their guidelines/processes.
- Experience within a brand managing analysis and budgets.
