Behavior Integrity Operations - Cybersecurity Team protects Meta users & businesses from deceptive off-platform experiences and cybersecurity threats that could compromise their security and trust in Meta. We provide procedural and technical guidance to prevent, detect, and eliminate malicious activity at scale. We reduce the viewership of abusive behavior on Facebook and Instagram in addition to reducing the reach of incorrect actions taken by our team via manual and automated actions. Cybersecurity is a complex and exciting space, supporting multiple cross functional partners and violation types including Phishing, Deceptive Links, Audience Networks, Malware, and Mobile App Integrity. This role will emphasize support for Malware, Mobile App Integrity, and Audience Network with future opportunities to work across all listed violation types.

Project Manager, Behavior Integrity Operations - Cybersecurity Responsibilities:
- Own, develop, execute and manage integrity support strategies for Meta products with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams
- Develop, maintain and continually improve human review workflows. Track and analyze key operational metrics and ensure key performance indicators/service goals are met
- Work with vendors to develop, support and improve scaled solutions supporting Meta's global user base
- Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions
- Work with cross-functional partners to provide escalation support on our existing suite of products
- Drive end-to-end management of large-scale, transformative programs including supporting a broad scope of projects globally.
- 5+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team
- 3+ years of project /program management experience driving end to end initiatives
- Experience leading process improvement projects across a cross-functional landscape
- Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in environments
- Proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase impact
- 2+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Experience working in Integrity, Trust and Safety
- Experience consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate
