As an ideal candidate for this role, you are passionate about driving product development through customer insights and have a proven track record of facilitating conversations between product teams and customers around focused topics.You are a strategic thinker with a track record in collaboration and project execution skills, having demonstrated you can work effectively under pressure and navigate complex cross-functional relationships. Your expert communication skills enable you to distill complex ideas into actionable insights, and your knowledge of marketing and Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager) is unparalleled. You are also adept at measurement and data analysis, using data to inform your decisions and drive business outcomes.As a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous conditions, you are confident working independently and as part of a team. Your experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing and Operations partners has prepared you to navigate the complexities of our organization and drive results. Program Manager, Customer Immersion Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategy of inbound projects by guiding cross-functional teams on efficient and effective ways to gather meaningful customer feedback.
  • Lead Customer Immersion planning, including defining goals, identifying clients, coordinating logistics, and compiling key information into client briefs.
  • Manage and execute multiple immersion projects simultaneously, communicating proactively to mitigate challenges and resolve roadblocks.
  • Proactive issue resolution and mitigation of challenges during project preparation and execution
  • Effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams, influencing roadmap prioritization and troubleshooting issues that arise during planning and execution.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally, to support in-market experiences.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years experience with program/project management, customer service, marketing, user or UX research and/or operations.
  • 5+ years work experience in managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance ( organizing project plans, setting priorities, developing timelines, etc).
  • Experience working/building relationships externally with clients and internally with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goals.
  • Experience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performance.
  • Confidence to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of product development and market research principles.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Experience with internal project management tools and escalation paths.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience dealing with high-pressure, fast-moving and ambiguous problems.
  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience in Sales or Advertising.
  • Experience with Ads Manager and/or other interfaces within Meta's ad platform.

$94,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
