Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Influence and understand brand marketing creative plans
- Build relationships with Creative X team, Marketers and cross-functional partners including Strategy, Insights, Media and Communications
- Effectively communicate, run efficient meetings and drive progress on creative campaigns
- Define ideal process and workflow and effectively implement it with partners
- Collaborate and cross-share with other Program Managers, finding synergies between workstreams
- Manage the creative process from start to finish by working closely with teams to prepare for creative reviews, present to Marketing effectively and partner with Production and Business Affairs on execution
- Collaborate with external agencies to execute creative campaigns
- including creator, comms and media partners
- Manage multiple creative projects at once, effectively multitasking and prioritizing as needed
- Manage projects independently, with limited supervision. Use discretion to make decisions independently
- Proactively identify problems, propose solutions and escalate issues as needed
- 5+ years of experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
- Proven track record of overseeing campaigns that include TV, digital, print, Out-of-Home and social
- Experience in a highly collaborative cross functional environment with product and marketing, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large organization
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Brand management experience working internally or at a creative agency
- Future-first mindset, and experience creating new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
- Experience pursuing emerging technologies

$94,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
