We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, specializing in retail experiences, to join our growing Wearables Product Marketing team and support our early exploration of Meta retail stores. You will be responsible for influencing product strategies and positioning for target audiences, driving go-to-market efforts and wearables distribution strategy, and working cross-functionally with partners throughout the company. You will have in-depth experience in retail and/or events marketing, analytics, consumer insights, and product commercialization in B2C contexts.
Product Marketing Manager - Wearables, Retail Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external partners to optimize the retail experience and drive product adoption through best-in-class product demo experiences
- Identify market strategy and target audiences, support product positioning and merchandising, inform learning agenda and partnership activation with data and insights, and collaborate across cross-functional teams (retail, marketing, research, marketing insights, sales, communications, and partnerships, etc) to achieve launch goals
- Influence retail format development and support a case for business investment by synthesizing, analyzing, and implementing learnings from customer feedback sources (e.g. in-market feedback, industry reports, competitive assessments, customer research, alpha/beta tests, etc) to strengthen outcomes for product-market-fit
- Manage retail data and analytics with internal and external partners, and uncover actionable insights to drive access and adoption in existing and new channels
- Serve as the subject matter expert on retail experiences, customers, and mindsets

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, and/or business strategy
- Experience working and adapting in a fast-paced dynamic environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often
- Combination of analytical thinking and hands-on tactical execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights
- Experience leading implementation of complex product or service offerings
- Experience working with technical partners to translate between technical and consumer languages
- Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and partners
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in global marketing with hardware or physical products
- Experience working with consumer electronics channels and retailers
- Experience working across a broad set of sales distribution channels including online, brick and mortar, and partner-led
- Effective communication skills and experience creating executive documents and presentations
- Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before, supporting efforts like setting goals, communicating a business vision, influencing stakeholders, and facilitating cross-functional alignment through execution, measurement and performance assessment
- MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
