The Metaverse Content Product Marketing team is seeking an individual who is passionate about building and marketing innovative Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) experiences that inspire new audiences to discover Meta Quest platforms. This position will play a critical role in developing content and Go-To-Market strategy, and specifically influencing Entertainment industry engagements in support of current and future hardware devices. This person has experience in partnerships-focused marketing, strategic development skills, and has experience using data and analytics to build a business case. They have communication skills, are good at building consensus and influencing others. This position will bring together the right stakeholders to develop insights and strategies to advance key initiatives and support growth metrics. This person will be responsible for customer-centric business decision-making for the content business, working closely with the Content, VR/MR, and Metaverse product teams as well as Business Development, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Growth, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Partnerships, Legal, Privacy, and Policy and other Product Marketing teams. This work will include upfront analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity and audience sizing, product positioning and key messaging, content portfolio strategy, industry engagement strategy, channel marketing strategy. This role will be an independent contributor with an impactful remit within the Product Marketing, Virtual Reality and Metaverse organizations.

Product Marketing Manager, Metaverse Content Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Stay informed about Metaverse and Entertainment industry and platform trends, competitor activities and marketing dynamics to inform strategic planning
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to influence the partnerships strategy, and inform content portfolio positioning, go-to-market plans, creative assets, and campaigns
- Build cross-functional partnerships and champion an informed point-of-view to drive alignment
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning for content
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Experience presenting and conveying complex information to stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree
- Entertainment or Media industry experience
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, spotting issues early, and escalating as needed
- Advanced degree
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class executions within a measurable and data-driven framework
- Understanding of mixed reality
- Experience working in or adjacent to the Entertainment industry
- Experience engaging in Partnerships-focused marketing

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
