We are looking for a consumer-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our Metaverse Trust PMM team, supporting the work that shapes making Meta's metaverse products a trusted destination for everyone. The role will focus on but not be limited to the experience for the Youth and Family audience for Meta Horizon, including Worlds and Meta Horizon OS for our mixed reality headsets. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for informing the trust & safety roadmap with preteens, teens, parents and regulatory needs in mind as well as lead go-to-market efforts that drive acquisition and growth. They will partner closely with product, user testing, communications and other functions to drive complex initiatives that land lasting business impact.

Product Marketing Manager - Metaverse Consumer Trust Responsibilities:
- Influence product roadmaps with a customer-centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and go-to-market efforts. Drive target audience definition, value proposition and messaging development, content creation, and GTM channel activation across audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the virtual reality and mobile ecosystem for users and be the advocate of the market within the organization.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
- Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns
- Experience creating go-to-market plans, including defining audience, positioning, value proposition and success metrics
- Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go-to-market strategies
- Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing, communications or business experience
- Understanding of Mobile Platforms and Virtual/Mixed Reality
- Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
