Meta is seeking a Product Marketing manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating valuable experiences for app developers. App developers are critical to Meta's success, both present and future. The App & Gaming team works with thousands of App Developers globally - supporting the growth and development of the app ecosystem offering many powerful products. This includes paid and organic user acquisition products to drive growth as well as effective in app monetization products. Developers also build directly onto our own apps, via the platforms offered by Facebook Gaming and the growing AR/VR ecosystems.This person will be responsible for helping our product teams build the next generation of our App and Gaming products. They will evaluate approaches to mitigate product risks, assess market needs and conduct research to influence new product development, develop global launch plans to bring products and/or changes to the market, and identify opportunities to improve existing products.

Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for our ad products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our approach over a multi-year timeline
- Define product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for launches
- Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the advertiser point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams to aid with prioritization and development
- Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in advertiser and people insights and market dynamics
- Lead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the Go-To-Market strategy. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, business strategy engineering or a similar field
- Domain knowledge in Adtech or similar technically challenging field
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience
- Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution
- Experience with research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and Go-To-Market strategy
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Effective communication skills across complex organizations
- Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with proven business acumen
- Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action
- Masters' degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline (e.g. MBA)
- Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
