We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive our product investments for creators. You'll be responsible for creating business and product strategies, managing our go-to-market plans, and collaborating with a cross-functional team building the future of creator products on Instagram.
Product Marketing Manager, Creators Responsibilities:
- Partner with product management and engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for upcoming creator products and programs
- Envision and execute go-to-market plans for creators, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products
- Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction
- Refine, iterate & scale our existing creator products

- 10+ years of full-time experience in Marketing
- Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams
- Experience working in the media industry
- Experience with consumer facing product launches and consumer campaigns
- Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services while owning and achieving KPIs
- Experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
- Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent Marketing experience
- Experience working with content creators
- Multi-disciplinary background including business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
