Product Marketing Lead - Core Delivery Products

We're seeking an experienced leader to help empower people and businesses to connect and create economic value. The Product Marketing Lead, Core Delivery Products will support a portfolio of ads delivery products that help businesses reach the right customers at the right price at the right time and optimize their spend to best drive ROI on their key business goals.Ads on Meta make it easy for businesses to find people who'll be interested in their products and services, and for people to discover brands they'll love. Our ads delivery system makes trillions of decisions each day to match the right ads with the right people, with the goal of ensuring that every ad we show leads to a good experience for the person seeing it and the advertiser running it.The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools, and will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy. This leader will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals. This person must be a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.

Product Marketing Lead - Core Delivery Products Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop a high-performing team via thoughtful performance management
  • Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market
  • Serve as a go-to contact with executive management of partner, product, sales, communications, and marketing organizations and independently develop relationships
  • Lead product and engineering teams to deeply understand and build empathy for our global customers through market research, data, customer insights and stories. Inspire our teams to bring customers to the center of every product and feature we launch
  • Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally and quarterback launches to drive adoption of our advertising solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals
  • Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Experience presenting to large groups/executives
  • Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team across offices
  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with an array of internal and external teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally and with management at all levels.
  • Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Experience selecting, attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing team members
  • Experience appraising the strengths and weaknesses of team members and building a strong, diverse team that complements each other to achieve outstanding results
  • MBA degree
