- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Facebook's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment and grow our teams by closing gaps and set processes and standards to drive better team health
- Extensive experience in product management or related industry
- Broad experience analyzing complex, large-scale systems and making decisions based on data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field OR 4+ years working as engineer in an complex technological company
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Technical experience with architecture of complex systems, methodologies, and design
- Proven experience of leadership, organizational and execution skills
- Experience working with the telco industry
- Experience working in developing markets in either B2B or B2B2C space
