Meta Telco Ecosystem Partnerships is seeking an individual with a proven commitment to connecting our global community to help build and scale analytics insights and products aimed at our Mobile Operators and Telecommunications partners in Americas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within and outside of our organization to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for our Mobile Operators and Telecommunications partners in America.The Partner Strategist will be a problem solver with experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently, and thrive in a deadline-focused environment. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to effectively navigate ambiguous problem spaces and build solutions that meet the needs of our customers. As Partner Strategist, you will also leverage your understanding of industry trends, as well as your experience with communication, program, and project management, and demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the growth and success of the business.

Partner Strategist, Network Insights, Americas Telco Business Team Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Mobile Operator and Telecom Infrastructure partners across Americas to understand their business needs and challenges, and deliver value to them through insights
- Partner with Product team to understand strategy, define regional go-to-market plan for the product suite, and feed success & learnings back to inform, influence and support our Insights product roadmap
- Collaborate with partner managers to build long term engagement plans to drive partner value
- Lead Network partner engagements, capture their priorities and drive the overall initiatives at an executive C-suite level
- Work with Data Science team to scope projects, build narratives and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for use in partners' business strategies
- Develop learning agenda for partner engagement, as well as lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops
- Develop new frameworks and methodologies to scale programs and identify potential value to create opportunities
- Partner-facing role involving up to 40% travel across the Americas
- 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy analytics or equivalent function, or 6+ years of experience with MBA or Master's degree
- 6+ years of experience working within or with teams in the following areas: telecom network (Cellular, Broadband, Fibre) infrastructure planning & optimization, customer churn and acquisition, or equivalent
- Proven project management background leading multiple deadline-driven projects with partners
- Customer experience insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management and analytics proficiency
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels
- Demonstrated experience driving actions from data and transforming concepts into effective metrics
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English is needed, due to the need to partner with external clients in Americas markets
- Advanced degrees, including MBA
- International business experience
