Meta Reality Labs is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Channel Enablement Manager for wearables Eyewear Channel. This experienced individual will be responsible for and oversee marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with our partners.The candidate should possess analytical skills with experience in communicating and collaborating effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships internally and externally.The candidate should possess marketing background with expertise in presenting end to end launch plans. This role requires travel to present and gather customer requirements.

Partner Enablement Manager, Reality Labs Eyewear Channel Responsibilities:
  • Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Channel Marketing, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  • Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Channel Marketing strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  • Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  • Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects
  • assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
  • Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings
  • Managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
  • Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managed
  • Completing and examining campaigns and projects
  • assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions
  • Providing active input during Channel Marketing goal creation process
  • Influencing retail Channel Marketing team and accounts they support
  • Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterparts
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in a channel marketing/sales role or relatable experience
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large channel marketing budgets
  • Experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand.
  • Experience with working with visual merchandising and field services programs/teams
  • Experience and clear understanding of how retailers measure and manage their businesses. Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.
  • Demonstrable, proven presentation skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Global retail experience (outside of the US)
  • People management experience
  • Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
  • Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialize e.g. Uber, Stripe, Apple, etc
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
