Operations Lead, VR/AR and AI Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Manage the tools and solutions supporting VR/AR and AI Partnerships, understanding user workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive internal tools roadmap to guide near-term and long-term development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and partnerships on development and implementation.
- Leverage and integrate new technologies, including AI, in the operational fabric of the organization to help teams do more with less (and do them better).
- Oversee the launch and adoption of new tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing business processes.
- BA/BS
- 10+ years of related experience in a mix of management consulting, product development and strategy & operations roles in the technology industry.
- Experience identifying user needs and translate them into a broader strategy and goals for internal tools and processes.
- Experience communicating effectively with various audiences, including technical teams, business leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with Product Management/Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience tracking multiple projects, staying on top of timelines, and delivering high quality outputs across several workstreams.
- Familiarity with a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- Experience at a leading private equity, consulting, or technology firm.
- Experience designing and implementing internal tools and processes.
- Experience with AI-powered internal use cases and/or initiatives.
- Experience with building or managing CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
