The MarTech team is responsible for driving sustainable and measurable consumer brand, product, and revenue growth globally through scalable marketing technology and centralized data infrastructure. We are seeking a MarTech lead to manage our Marketing Technology roadmap for our Channel Optimization pillar and New Growth levers across Meta's portfolio of brands. This leader will define the strategy and day to day tactical execution across multiple internal and external partners & teams. The MarTech team is a vital component of the organization, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. This is a leadership opportunity to own the product strategy and roadmap for one of our most important lines of business. We are seeking a leader with in-depth knowledge of MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), channel incrementality, brand measurement, and Marketing/Advertising Technology. This role will be instrumental in driving media channel optimizations across our portfolio of brands to increase business impact, providing insights and recommendations on channel performance, strategy and allocation.

Marketing Technology Lead, Consumer Marketing Responsibilities:
- Lead the Channel Optimization program, defining and executing the product roadmap for our MMM and channel incrementality strategy
- Additionally, apply Understand, Identify, Execute (UIE) framework to develop new impact levers to drive consumer brand growth
- Develop strategy to achieve the long-term and short-term goals for the AdTech and MarTech team
- Outline product features and deliverables through a clear understanding of the problem space of channel optimization, MMMs and incrementality
- Use domain knowledge, leveraging data skills, analytics and expertise to craft effective solutions and our product roadmap
- Execute on projects by working closely with Software and Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Growth, Media and Brand marketing to land impact on business goals
- Manage execution of the Channel Optimization and new UIE program, lead the implementation from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Develop sound hypotheses and partner with relevant team members to develop experimentation and testing roadmap from designing tests to analyzing results that lead to data-driven decisions
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the problem space, staying on top of the MarTech ecosystem and industry, to align internal and external insights
- Anticipate challenges, identify risks and opportunities early in the development process to create durable solutions to drive sustained impact
- Project manage and drive execution of strategic initiatives including new technologies, privacy requirements implementation and existing tools evolution
- Develop critical processes to enable the team to leverage new capabilities, document and rollout key processes to internal team and agency partners
- Drive long term growth through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize our Channel Optimization: MMM and Channel Incrementality program
- Influence MMM and Channel Incrementality product and business strategy by understanding trends in AdTech, MarTech, paid media, brand and direct response marketing to
- 12+ years of performance marketing and analytics industry experience
- Experience working with Marketing Mix Models, Channel Incrementality and Experimentation, knowledge of brand measurement, brand survey and marketing analytics and media data
- Experience with APIs, DSPs, paid social and other digital ad platforms: DV360, TTD, Xandr, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Snap, etc
- Experience working directly with paid media providers, and data tracking setup
- Proficient with Third Party Ad Servers (Campaign Manager/Google Marketing Cloud) and rich media technology
- Proven to effectively collaborate and influence across variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common goals
- Experience leading projects in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
- Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary product teams consisting but not limited to software engineers, designers, product managers and data scientists
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
- Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience resolving complex problems in dynamic environments
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
- Experience with Meta's product suite and global go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of the digital marketing industry
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and performance marketing channels

$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
