Join our Small And Medium Business Marketing Science team in North America. We unlock the full potential of businesses on Meta platforms by transforming advertising performance and industry practices through the use of data-driven analytical methods. This role will challenge you to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers about their measurement efforts, but also to create tools, develop global programs and identify ways to automate Marketing Science guidance.

Marketing Science Partner - Small and Medium Business Group Responsibilities:

  • You will work with a broad array of Meta advertisers in measuring true business value and growing their businesses through Meta's ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, R&D, Business Engineering, Ads Research, Creative Shop to develop and deliver global Measurement programs
  • You will consult with clients and agencies on products and solutions for different needs and challenges as it pertains to media, marketing, or key measurement questions.
  • You will deliver trainings/education for internal and external audiences through dedicated sessions, webinars, and events.
  • Assess the impact of programs and initiatives to drive value for Marketing Science, Meta and advertisers
  • Apply your analytical expertise to drive new business growth in service of client delivery
  • Contribute to the product roadmap to improve usability and suitability for a cookieless world of Meta and/or Open Source measurement solutions and methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or advertisement effectiveness
  • A bachelor's degree in quantitative field
  • You have experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • You have experience inspiring action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertisers planning and buying behavior
  • You are skilled at communicating complex topics to a non-technical audience
  • You have a track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree in quantitative field
  • You have an understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques
  • You have experience with statistical analysis, including but not limited to experimental design, modelling, or advertising research
  • You have experience in scaling data-driven insights and learnings to broad audiences through appropriate channels

$95,000/year to $149,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
