This role will support our Go-To-Market and Marketing strategy for new device launches in the Reality Labs Metaverse organization. It will have a direct hand in shaping and informing the strategy for bringing new-to-the-world Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) devices that provide exciting experiences to consumers.
Marketing Insights Research - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Develop the learning agendas to support progress on business goals
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail/channel strategy
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
- producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization.

- Research Expertise: 6+ years of research experience. High degree of qualitative and quantitative research expertise, with a proven track record applying them in a business context to drive decision-making and raising relevance of new opportunities.
- Strategic skills: Adept at navigating ambiguity, identifying problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance.
- 7+ years research experience
- 3+ years experience with launching brand campaigns, campaign development, and Go-To-Market execution, with in-depth knowledge on how to build/implement these work streams across tech hardware and software ecosystems.

$138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
