We plan to release multiple products over the next few years. In particular, we are building technologies or seemingly impossible products that define new categories that advance Meta's mission of bringing the world closer together.We're seeking a Marketing Insights Manager for the RL Wearables Insights team who will be an integral part of the RL Marketing team for Software and experiences. We are seeking a leader who demonstrates proven track record to harness and translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans and strategies, hunger to drive significant business result and impact, orientation toward strategic thinking to drive product/marketing outcomes, and experience in building effective cross-functional partnerships. You will have a proven track record of success in proactivity, energy, flexibility, collaboration, and experience for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages is essential. Balancing being both a visionary leader and everyday executor is essential.

Marketing Insights Manager - Wearables Software Responsibilities:
  • Own the holistic learning agenda (in collaboration with other Understanding functions such as Decision Science, Data Science and User Experience Research) for the Wearables software and experience pillar
  • Partner with the Reality Labs Wearables teams to drive a consumer-centric marketing strategy which will inform product go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, marketing communications, architecture across product portfolio, and ultimately create more value for consumers and contribute to the Meta brand. Exemplify and facilitate full stack partnership across the organization
  • Provide thought leadership within and beyond research to a wide-ranging set of stakeholders spanning all functions such as Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Partnerships, Product Management and Customer Experience
  • Influence decision-making, annual category and marketing planning, goal-setting, through highly effective communication and proactive collaboration with all levels of stakeholders in both Marketing, Product organizations, including leadership
  • Lead and build high-functioning team covering Go-To-Market strategy development and product experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. At least 3 years of team management/leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high functioning teams
  • Experience leading insights-driven product/feature launches from problem definition, foundational exploration to Go-To-Market execution, driving impact and influencing product and marketing decision-making
  • Experience driving change and partnering effectively with a variety of partners including both product marketing and product management stakeholders
  • Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology
  • Solid track record of collaborating closely with other Understand functions (e.g. User Experience Research, Product Design Sytems, Marketing Descision Science) to drive broader and greater impact
  • Demonstrated experience of synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of using insights to influence business decisions and strategies with executives and colleagues
  • Experience orienting the team to stay focus and resilience through ambiguity and change

$160,000/year to $219,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
