The leader of this team will support Social Experiences, Search and Meta AI on Facebook. More than 3 billion people use Facebook monthly to connect with their networks, family and friends. Whether you're thrifting gear, showing a reel to that group who gets it, or sharing laughs over fun images reimagined by AI. Facebook helps you make things happen like no other social network. As a Manager in Product Operations, you'll manage a team of individual contributors who work cross-functionally to identify substandard experiences, evaluate improvements and create compelling insights to fix those experiences. Your primary customer is Engineering, however you will form relationships with leaders across product teams to ensure your team has the support and resources they need to be successful. You will also tackle problems yourself and maintain your own roadmap to deliver impact to the app and our organization.
