Learning and Performance Architect- AI and Knowledge Solutions
The Learning and Performance Architect, AI & Knowledge Solutions is a key driver of business success, responsible for designing, implementing, facilitating and optimizing learning and knowledge management systems that leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. This role partners closely with Global Operations (GO) Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and Scaled Operations (SO) Line of Business teams to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted, high-impact solutions.This role is at the intersection of performance consulting, learning design, facilitation and AI innovation-responsible for architecting future-ready learning experiences and knowledge solutions that drive organizational performance and adaptability in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Learning and Performance Architect- AI and Knowledge Solutions Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic performance consultant, partnering with Global Operations (GO) and Scaled Operations leaders to identify and analyze business challenges
- Plan and facilitate team meetings and executive workshops for Global Operations leadership, using structured methodologies to surface insights, drive alignment, and enable collaborative decision-making on learning, knowledge, and performance strategies
- Architect and deliver comprehensive, workflow-embedded learning and knowledge solutions-including onboarding, performance support, and continuous learning-for a globally dispersed audience
- Leverage AI-driven insights and tools to inform solution design, ensuring interventions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
- Architect and deliver integrated, AI-enabled learning and knowledge solutions for a global audience
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GenAI, Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI) to design, personalize, and scale learning and knowledge experiences, including AI Learning Agents
- Design assessment strategies and tools to measure the impact of learning and knowledge solutions
- Lead large-scale, global learning and knowledge projects-especially in ambiguous or rapidly evolving contexts-demonstrating leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Continuously scan for and apply innovations in AI, digital learning, and knowledge management
- Model curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and organizational growth by seeking opportunities to innovate, experiment, and improve learning and knowledge management practices

- 8+ years of experience in learning and development within an operations-focused organization
- Demonstrated executive presence and experience consulting with executives
- Advanced Understanding of adult learning principles, performance consulting, instructional design, and knowledge management best practices
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI, and Figma Make to enhance learning solutions and build AI Learning Agents
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with several stakeholders across functions and levels
- Certification or formal training in AI, machine learning, or digital learning technologies
- Proven experience working in a Trust and Safety environment
- Performance Thinking Practitioner certification
- Five Moments of Need Certification
