The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Within People Ops is the HR Technology team, which focuses primarily on the internal information ecosystem. HR Tech is a multidisciplinary team of experts spanning content strategy & technical web production, enterprise content management, system & solution design, and data & analytics. This team partners most closely with Engineering, product managers, UX researchers, and strategic teams that represent various operational processes and programs.We're looking for a specialist in the domains of HR knowledge, content creation, and project management. This role supports the People Operations Knowledge Management Program, which formalizes how information is collected and disseminated across HR teams through a defined knowledge management framework. This person will support the implementation and adoption of knowledge management across various HR domains and coordinate project planning, content strategy implementation, and knowledge health measurement.

Knowledge Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on status and progress of team activities within the program and raise awareness of roadblocks for Knowledge Management Lead to resolve
- Participate in workshops, meetings and trainings to promote, align on, maintain and improve knowledge management
- Action tactical activities related to the program based on guidance from Knowledge Management Lead (e.g. updating health score readouts, completing Tasks related to program maintenance)
- Support change management activities around tooling initiatives ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and systems
- Triage new work intake from stakeholders to ensure alignment with knowledge management activities and program goals
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines for content projects across highly cross-functional teams
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with Content Services teammates and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate content reviews and approvals with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates and retrospectives
- Prioritize work for the Content Services' Technical Writing team to ensure alignment with Knowledge Management Program and business priorities
- Provide regular updates to Content Services team leads to manage coordination with other work in progress and escalate issues to cross functional stakeholders as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or similar field
- 4+ years of experience in project or program management experience in operations, customer service/vendor management, or learning & development
- Proven track record of successfully managing content projects and/or knowledge management projects from concept to launch
- Interpersonal and communication skills with experience with working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and user editing tools
- Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, translating them into digestible content
- Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes
- Experience working on a team with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities while executing with autonomy
- Proficiency in project management, but formal certification not required
- On your resume, please include a link or examples of your work that show experience developing: knowledge flow processes, technical documentation samples or templates, writing samples, etc
- Certification in knowledge management
- Experience as a technical writer, copy writer or editor, and the experience to quickly assess the writing skills of others
- Experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation and related HR topics
- Vendor management experience or experience working with external vendors
- Experience with business process management, workflow and life-cycle management
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
- Experience in a fast-paced, Big Tech environment
