Internal Communications Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Internal Communications Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create and implement effective internal communications plans that align with business objectives.
- Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build close connections within the Internal Communications organization and cross-functional partners, including Human Resources, Communications, Executives, and Business Leaders, to ensure alignment and support for internal communications initiatives.
- Message Development: Work closely with the Organizational Communications and Employee Experience Teams to develop a cohesive internal communications narrative for announcements, leadership guidance, and various internal moments.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging content (written, visual, and video) for various internal channels, including company-wide announcements, leadership updates, and employee spotlights.
- Channel Management: Develop and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze internal communications metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.

- 8+ years of professional experience working in internal communications, political campaigns, nonprofit mission-focused communications, or corporate communications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communications strategies
- Writing and editing skills, adaptable to different mediums and tones
- Demonstrated project management experience and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with internal communications channel, such as Workplace, intranets, email newsletters, and digital signage
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics to measure internal communications effectiveness
- Proficiency in content strategy, including message development, audience identification, strategic thinking, adaptability and innovation
- Experience with interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills
- Experience working in a global organization
- Certification in internal communications, change management, or a related field
- Experience with crisis communications and reputation management

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
