Infrastructure Accounting Manager

Meta is seeking an Infrastructure Accounting Manager to support US GAAP accounting for our Compute, Storage and Network Infrastructure, with a special focus to support various strategic sourcing initiatives. This role is critical in supporting the financial integrity and strategic growth of Meta's AI infrastructure, ensuring robust accounting processes for new technologies and large-scale compute infrastructure.

Infrastructure Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the end to end contract negotiation and execution process for Compute, Storage, and Network Infrastructure. Perform contract reviews and prepare technical accounting memorandums to ensure US GAAP compliance
  • Manage a few key processes, including but not limited to rebate accounting and commitment disclosure
  • Manage accounting and reporting for large-scale Compute, Storage, and Network assets, including servers, network hardware, and related supply chain activities
  • Work closely with engineering, product, legal, tax, and supply chain teams to provide accounting guidance and support decision-making for infrastructure investments, especially for compute expansion projects
  • Prepare and deliver a quarter-end reporting package to leadership
  • Preparer of key Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and supports internal and external audits for Compute & Storage and Network portfolios
  • Participate or lead initiatives to streamline and automate accounting processes and enhance efficiency and support Meta's rapid infrastructure growth
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Technical and operational knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with SOX controls, audit support, and process automation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Big 4 audit experience and CPA
  • Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion

$140,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
