In-App Marketing Manager, Creators Responsibilities:
- Directly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results
- Contribute to publications and open-sourcing efforts
- Work with a large team
- Help identify long-term ambitious research goals as well as intermediate milestones
- Prioritize research that can be applied to Meta's product development
- Mentor other team members. Play a significant role in healthy cross-functional collaboration
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, including B2B marketing, product marketing, strategic planning, communications planning, or business strategy roles in marketing organizations or advertising agencies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, experience working with multiple Marketing Technology tools, data flows, and platform architectures, and proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing complex technical information, interpreting technical data and metrics, and using data to inform marketing decisions
- Proven experience in communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating with executives across multiple functional areas and synthesizing complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful stories
- Proven project management skills, experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience operating in matrixed teams and organizations
- Understanding of specific industries such as fashion, consumer technology, wearables, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies, luxury brands, and digital advertising landscape
- Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
