Meta is seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive the global go-to-market and ecosystem strategy for its Llama AI models. This individual will lead partner GTM and strategic alliances with CSPs (cloud service providers), ISVs (independent software vendors), silicon partners, and digital-native enterprises. This is a critical role for scaling Meta's AI products including Llama, Llama API, and Llamastack impact, reach, and value across a global audience.
Head of AI GTM Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the GTM strategy for Llama models, APIs, tooling, and platform initiatives based on market feedback and developments.
- Work with marketing to define product positioning, messaging, launches, and narrative development across key segments (developers, enterprises, cloud partners).
- Build and lead partner GTM motions with CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), silicon vendors (e.g., NVIDIA), and strategic ISVs (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Developer Ecosystem, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, partnerships, or ecosystem development for technical products.
- Experience working with CSPs, ISVs, and ecosystem partners in AI, cloud, or dev tools.
- Track record of launching products and driving adoption across developers and enterprise buyers.
- Narrative and positioning skills, translate technical products into compelling market stories.
- Analytical mindset with program management and metrics accountability.
- Experience standing up new and lean enterprise GTM teams and/or scaled partner programs, in organizations with a traditional consumer focus.
- Communication and executive presence, public-facing credibility

$296,000/year to $356,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
