Meta is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Realty Labs business. Reporting to the Director of Go to Channel Planning, this essential role will be responsible for bringing process rigor & operational expertise through comprehensive end-to-end program management to a series of key strategic initiatives across the Reality Labs Global Sales organization that contribute to driving unit sales velocity for both the Metaverse & Wearables product categories. Focus areas for the role include leading the process development, implementation & optimization that ensure successful planning, execution and monitor/management of key strategic initiatives. This role will directly manage a team of contract-based Meta employees with each of their focus areas aligned to high priority Meta Global Sales strategic priorities. The right candidate will possess extensive program management, operational, and drive for results rigor - as well effectively organize and collaborate cross functionally across all levels of an organization. This person will bring the right blend of strategy, coordination, people management & problem-solving to help ensure key programs are running smoothly - and bring structure to complexity. This person will also thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex projects.

Go-To-Channel Planning, Strategic Initiatives Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Channel Strategic Initiatives Planning: Bring process rigor & operational expertise to the end to end program management of key strategic initiatives
- People Management: Create and lead a team of contract employee program managers to ensure program coverage. Define goals, remit, and roles & responsibilities to support team success and alignment to business priorities. Report out on status of key programs
- be escalation point & drive resolution as needed
- Project Planning & Alignment: Oversee creation & ongoing management of detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Monitor/track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed. Hold teams accountable. Be the leadership point of contact for all roll ups and/or escalation moments
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure the right people come together at the right moments to have the right conversations to build & land global sales plans. Develop & provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business & desired outcomes
- Dependency Tracking & Risk Management: Ensure team identifies critical interdependencies across Global Sales to support key strategic initiatives. Proactively assess risks and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications: Serve as the central communication lead for key strategic initiatives. Ensure regular check-ins and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Be the escalation point
- Strategic Initiatives Rhythm of Business: Establish & run structured cadences to track progress, mitigate risk & ensure all crossfunctional teams are aligned. Ensure key discussions happen at the right time to maintain strategic focus, alignment, reviews, and delivery of key documents
- Ensure project quality: Oversee the quality of deliverables across the team to ensure they are meeting Sales' teams needs. When issues arise, proactively resolve
- Best Practices: Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices. Standardize processes to improve scalability
- 8+ years proven track record of driving successful, complex go-to-channel motions to achieve business outcomes
- Experience planning for or executing against channel sales business strategy, go-to-channel, and/or process optimization for large matrixed organizations
- Experience driving clear communications, working across cultures, and influencing stakeholders without authority across all levels of an organization
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)
- Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
- Experience getting things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources
- Master's Degree

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
