Meta is looking for a Category Planning Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Reality Labs business. Reporting to the Head of Category Planning Program Management, this essential role will be responsible for bringing process rigor and operational expertise through comprehensive program management of in-market programs and initiatives across the Reality Labs Global Sales organization that contribute to driving unit sales velocity. The right candidate will possess extensive program management, operational, and drive for results rigor - as well as effectively organize and collaborate cross functionally across all levels of an organization. This person will bring the right blend of strategy, coordination, and problem-solving to help ensure key programs are running smoothly - and bring structure to complexity. This person will also thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex projects.

Go-to-Channel Planning, Category Planning Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Channel in Market Planning: Bring process rigor and operational expertise to the end to end program management of key in market initiatives
- Project Planning & Alignment: Create detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Monitor/track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed. Hold teams accountable
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations to build robust channel strategy plans in prep for global, cross-channel sales execution. Develop & provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business & desired outcomes
- Communications: Lead rhythm of business, communications flows and change management to drive strategic alignment and awareness of key changes as they happen with cross-functional teams
- Data & Insights: Ensure timely connection between Channel Strategy and key data/insights functions to influence path forward
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify risks, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholders
- Best Practices: Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices
- Ensure project quality: Oversee the quality of deliverables from key internal partners to ensure they are meeting Sales' teams needs. When issues arise, proactively resolve
- 5+ years experience of driving successful, complex go to channel motions to achieve business or similar experience
- Experience planning for or executing against channel sales business strategy, go-to-channel, and/or process optimization for large matrixed organizations
- Experience driving clear communications, working across teams, and influencing stakeholders without authority across all levels of an organization
- Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
- MBA/ Master Degree

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
