Global Media Lead, Direct Response Marketing, Reality Labs
We are looking for a retail marketer with a focus on direct response to join our in-house organization of Direct Response Marketing experts responsible for planning and execution stewardship for all consumer campaigns across the Meta Reality Labs portfolio. Our team is focused on growing sales and usage of our products through paid and non-paid channels across the largest retail and non-retail platforms in the world. The core of our effort revolves around driving incremental impact and we partner closely with Data Science, Channel Marketing, Creative, Data Engineering, and Product teams to deliver outcomes for our business.
Global Media Lead, Direct Response Marketing, Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Help shape and execute the short- and long-term retail strategy for the Reality Labs program by driving testing, infrastructure, creative, expansion, and signals roadmaps in collaboration with key cross-functional teams
- Drive campaign execution with media agency partners
- ensuring continuous improvement while exceeding key performance indicators, including both online and offline sales
- Develop data-backed tactical recommendations within impactful work streams that ladder to overarching strategy
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement initiatives that improve the team's impact, processes, tools, infrastructure, and workflows
- Own outcomes for our products across several global retail platforms by defining campaign needs, strategy, and learning agendas, while providing data-backed insights and recommendations for internal and external teams to execute against
- Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members both internally and externally across a wide variety of disciplines (Marketing, Creative, Retail, Product, and Data Science) to ensure successful product outcomes
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience owning global projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated track record working with data and experience taking an analytical approach across the marketing ecosystem
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and channel optimization
- Experience working directly with Data Science and evaluating marketing performance
- Familiarity working with US-based retail channels and international retail channels
- Familiarity optimizing online and offline retail presence for consumer electronic products

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
