Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Global Field Merchandising Manager based in one of our North America offices, reporting to the Global Visual Merchandising lead in the United States. This person will be responsible for partnering across regions on building scalable reporting solutions and aggregating compliance figures as well as providing global guidance on metrics and survey captures. This role plays an instrumental part in contributing to the Reality Labs vision for our global customers to find, learn and experience Reality Labs products through physical retail. The primary role of the Global Field Merchandising Manager is to ensure that we're enabling the capacity to aggregate reporting from all regions, simplify and standardize on survey question logic globally and drive process development for the physical and field merchandising organizations to continuously optimize ways of working. The role is execution oriented and is focused on planning, managing, and executing large programs and projects across our global partners.

Global Field Merchandising Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage Global Field Merchandising budget which includes partnering on RFPs with regional teams and vendors and evaluating ongoing competencies
- Own global compliance aggregation & dissemination - this involves partnering with Operations, Data Engineering and Regional Field Merchandising teams on reporting, data pipelines and automation / visualization
- Partner with Ops on global store list and retail display tracking mechanisms
- Act as liaison between regional field & physical merchandising teams, understanding the work flows and schedules and helping facilitate global field inputs into various Go-to-Market schedules
- Own the global consolidation of installation and maintenance survey questions, taking inputs from physical and field merch teams to ensure consistency and thorough capturing of all data requirements
- Partner with physical and field merchandising teams on global display feedback to ensure closed loop communication on optimizations / areas of improvement based on compliance reporting in each region
- Drive global and regional consistency for display inventory logic including establishing consistent processes and nomenclature and capturing the capacity to provide reporting and visibility on parts run rates globally
- Continuously review & feature builds for data reporting with Ops team
- Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
- Aggregate installation schedules globally to drive consistency and visibility with leadership on major program rollouts
- Partner with upstream functions to define global field merchandising principles
- 5+ years of experience on the brand side of retail in-store merchandising or the vendor side of retail in-store merchandising or related experience
- Experience with field merchandising surveys (installation / maintenance) and creating standardization across programs
- Experience with directly owning field merchandising programs at scale including compliance reporting and data aggregation
- Experience sharing program/project updates across broad teams and organizations
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
- Experience finding the root cause of issues or gathering the necessary cross-functional members to find that cause or solution to an issue
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively across channel marketing, sales, analytics, data science and operations
- Experience managing consumer electronics merchandising initiatives
- Experience maintaining budgets and fiscal responsibility
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google full suite of services

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
