The role will be responsible for partnering with the business on all aspects related to payroll and opex, for a team of 5,000+ "metamates". The role will liaise with engineering leaders to develop staffing models that enable the company strategy while meeting budgetary constraints. For operating expenses, the role will require high level analysis and the ability to dive into details. The role will have the support of the cross-finance team for analysis. The role will require setting up the right processes to set up goals and drive execution towards those goals. The role will for example establish a regular cadence with business leaders to understand actuals, develop action plans and monitor progress against agreed goals. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, resource allocation, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Our promise: you will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility, interaction with product and business leaders, and an opportunity to have a big impact.
