Finance Manager, Cross-XF Finance (Marketing, Analytics, Global Experience, and Design) Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Marketing, Analytics, Global Experience, and Design (MAGD) orgs and drivers of their Headcount and Expense growth
- Conduct planning principles, processes and deliverables such as budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, accruals and close, variance analysis, and reporting
- Drive and independently own quarterly financial consolidations (reporting), close and forecast processes end-to-end
- Develop a clear and concise narrative for financial deliverables and stay up-to-date on MAGD business and financial updates on an ongoing basis
- Support coordination with Corporate finance, Headcount Strategy, Mission Control, Accounting, Human Resources, Recruiting on matters relating to Headcount and Expense budgets
- Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting, reporting, and other financial processes for the MAGD Finance organization
- Support ad-hoc analytics and reporting
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or highly analytical related roles
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience building data-driven analyses and synthesizing in a cohesive, impactful narrative
- Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
- Operate with a solid understanding of core FP&A planning principles
- Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end while working across multiple business units
- High attention to detail and strategic instincts
- Experience driving and scaling operational process improvement
- Experience with Financial systems (e.g. Essbase, SAP), dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and SQL
- Advanced Excel, GSuite, and financial modeling skills
- Experience working independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones (PST, EST, GMT, IST) with both Finance and key cross functional business partners

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
