Support the growing space of Wearables AI Products through strategic investment and ROI analyses
Finance Business Operations Associate, Wearables Responsibilities:
- Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
- Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights throughout the product development process
- Enable data-driven decision making & analysis of product decisions and strategic roadmap investments
- Develop ROI analysis on investments in AI products with an understanding of cost drivers and long-term strategic implications for wearable products
- Analyze critical capital Investments, headcount requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements
- Develop financial reporting and insights to business leaders through scenario based modeling and long-range forecasting
- Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross functional owners
- Develop working business partnerships with various functions across Reality Labs and Finance

- 4+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, or product management
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field
- Experience building financial models
- Experience in synthesizing strategic insights for executives
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with leadership
- Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, and Hyperion
