Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to support the EMEA Distribution Channel. This role involves assisting in process creation, program management, and operational efficiency to help scale and improve sales productivity for our RL Sales Channels.The position will support the EMEA distribution management team, focusing on day-to-day operations, partner experience, and achieving key success metrics within the organization.The ideal candidate should be passionate about Meta's mission and the potential of augmented/virtual reality to make a positive impact, with experience in business operations, program management and working in cross-functional teams. Distribution Channel Manager EMEA Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with distribution partners to ensure effective collaboration and product delivery.
- Support the negotiation and management of commercial agreements with distribution partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distribution partners effectively represent Meta's products and brand.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal/external executives providing updates on the state of the business.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and support new business initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Help manage and forecast inventory levels to meet demand.
- Support risk identification and mitigation associated with distribution partnerships.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- 1+ years of experience in distribution management, operations, or sales support.
- 3 + years of experience in program or project management
- BS/BA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office tools/Google Suite, with a basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the multi-channel sales space for consumer or commercial hardware/software.
- Familiarity with stakeholder management and working with internal/external partners.
- Basic understanding of negotiation processes and contract management.
