As Consumer Website Marketing Manager - Brand & Corporate Foundations, NORAM, you will lead all web marketing initiatives across Meta's corporate marketing priorities. This role requires partnering with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver powerful data-driven insights that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across corporate websites. The role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and advance internal partners' objectives in meaningful ways.

Consumer Website Marketing Manager - Brand & Corporate Foundations Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining web platforms, ensuring accurate content, smooth user experience, and technical health
  • Overseeing updates to site architecture, navigation, and content publishing processes
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to execute web projects and enhancements
  • Integrating marketing tools and ensuring web compliance with privacy, accessibility, and security standards
  • Maintaining documentation, governance processes, and operational consistency for web properties
  • Managing and guiding the work of contingent workers and vendors involved in building and operationalizing Meta's legal, operational, and accessibility compliance. This includes influencing a global, multi-disciplined workforce to ensure project alignment and delivery of compliant web properties
  • Leading the development of web initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, and trends, partnering closely with engineering and web development teams
  • Defining, driving, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the site, its content, and web development operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and leading project execution
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Skilled in managing Content Management System (CMS) platforms, handling site architecture, content updates, and basic web infrastructure
  • Experience of light web coding, analytics setup, performance optimization, and collaborating with developers or vendors
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in web marketing or a related field
  • Communication and organizational skills with a pronounced focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Experienced in integrating marketing tools, managing digital assets, and supporting SEO and compliance requirements
  • Experience working on projects, documenting process and collaborating across teams in an organized way
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with proven proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, and clear communicator
  • Proven track record of driving web marketing success by applying analytical insights and strategic thinking
  • Experience in leading web marketing efforts for a comprehensive digital platform
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA or equivalent

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
