The Connection Planner at Meta works across agencies and industries to create and support successful, transformational comms strategies for the world's most attractive and innovative brands. You are a thought-leader on insight-driven people-centric marketing, with a background on cross-media strategy and comms planning from either media agency or client side.In this role you will use your talent to frame Meta's advertising products as part of a wider ecosystem of channels and show how they provide powerful solutions to our agencies and advertisers. You will help turn data into meaningful and action insights to help advertisers develop more effective communications strategies.This role will be based in London and will cover Turkey, Benelux & Nordic markets and will require some travel.

Connection Planner Responsibilities:

  • Connections Strategy based on insights and consult large advertisers on how to get the most from their full funnel investment, identifying how investment share should flex for differing business needs
  • Connecting with media agencies across levels through to C-Level
  • The role will focus on helping large advertisers and agencies navigate the new AI landscape and identify where AI and in particular automation can help improve their marketing effectiveness
  • Describe the tangible value of Meta's family of apps & services in the target groups' connection journey among other media
  • Participate in forecasting and planning with sales counterparts to identify opportunities for proactive consulting and build "virtual" teams to deliver on projects
  • Consult and contribute to perfect execution together with high-class cross-functional teams of clients, colleagues and partners
  • Work closely with the Meta's sales teams by creating growth frameworks for strategic accounts that help grow the business
  • Collaborate with an exclusive group of Meta's Connection Planners around the globe to share best practices and invent and implement scalable, impactful initiatives
  • Presenter at industry, external events as well as internal events, providing Thought Leadership
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience bringing teams of people together and/or people management experience
  • Demonstrable experience in transforming data into insights that fuel advertising performance
  • Experience working in digital media planning from media agencies, media owner or client-side
  • Detailed understanding of people's cross-media usage, mobile specifically. Experience of planning across the entire consumer journey
  • Connects easily across levels from through to C-Suite and Executive Stakeholders
  • Strategic understanding of our apps role in people's lives and how AI is transforming the consumer journey across the funnel
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with global companies and/or international markets
