Client Solutions Manager, Korea

Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group team. The CSM will partner with large and sophisticated app-focused advertisers operating across multiple channels including Meta platforms. We are looking for a strategic, enthusiastic, and customer-centric solution driver who places clients at the heart of everything they do.This individual should have a passion for marketing and a conviction that the future of marketing is data-driven and anchored in measurable outcomes. With a proven track record in online performance marketing, the CSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by advising clients on campaign strategies across Meta platforms, negotiating and optimizing advertising solutions, and leveraging data and analytics to deliver consultative, actionable insights.Success in this role requires exceptional consultative and analytical/technical skills, including expertise in campaign analytics, dashboard creation, and ad solution optimization, all with a sharp focus on client KPIs. Client Solutions Manager, Korea Responsibilities:

  • Media planning, strategy & measurement, and optimization - outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures across platforms based upon key KPIs
  • Drive strategic marketing conversations with our largest performance driven advertisers and partners to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Responsible for educating clients and partners on best practices
  • Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time recommendations
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Platform & product Expert - articulate and update clients on Meta product and developments
  • Drives product innovation based upon client needs
  • Project management - manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients
  • Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.)
  • Cross-functional collaboration of all projects
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven track record in a data-driven industry (e-commerce, entertainment, gaming) or a highly analytical field (performance marketing, digital marketing, or ad-tech account management)
  • Previous experience working directly with media companies (established relationships with key partners in the mobile industry preferred) or in-house marketing/media
  • High-level fluency in business and technical English and Korean, both verbal and written, to comfortably directly interact and collaborate in a dynamic work environment with English-speaking teams and external clients including foreigners from many countries
  • Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the skills to arrive at solutions in a structured manner and experience communicating this clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated skills to develop and manage cross functional partnerships as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
