Meta is seeking a experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Meta's advertising solutions to Fortune 500 advertisers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. You'll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a sales professional with vertical expertise in CPG, has also demonstrated previous solid performance and work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising.This is a Short Term Employment (STE) role of 8 months and will be located in our Madrid office.

Client Solutions Manager - CPG Iberia (STE) Responsibilities:
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions against client's marketing objectives
  • Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
  • Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-managing complex work streams
  • Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience
  • Work with C-Level employees at clients and agencies
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing client accounts
  • Management and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
  • Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Demonstrated success as a leader of change by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the possibility to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • CPG vertical experience is a plus
