Meta is seeking an experienced sales and growth marketing professional to help build and sell advertising solutions to major clients in the technology, SaaS, and healthtech industries. You will contribute to a high-performing team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a sales professional with expertise in building long term partnerships with large companies, exciting start-ups, and marketing agencies. You will be a self-starter who can build relationships, create and execute a business plan, and operate successfully within Meta's rapidly evolving commercial and product landscape. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in a sales environment, in delivering growth solutions into tech-oriented businesses and working directly with fast moving digital-first companies.

Client Partner, Tech, Entertainment, Communications, Health, & Gaming Responsibilities:
  • Help define Meta's overall approach with a focus on growth marketing for technology and platform companies
  • Identify and prioritize business development opportunities, orchestrate pitches, and drive success. You will partner with other teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Meta's success
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches with an emphasis on automation
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and independent agencies
  • Work with lean organizations to drive their success and grow their advertising investment with Meta
  • Bring a practical understanding of statistical measurement to develop and execute on plans that demonstrate the value of Meta platforms
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, data visualizations, case studies and Meta product solutions
  • Analyse campaign performance data, build case studies and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Exceed sales goals, accelerate growth and manage short and long-term portfolio strategy
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce Sales, Marketing, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience
  • Growth marketing experience, with a focus on sales & partnership building and sales
  • Capacity to win the support of key stakeholders & working efficiently with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading relationships with key decision makers at major direct to consumer companies
  • Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Experience performing well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment and communicate these changes to clients in a clear & impactful manner
  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the capacity to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in all channels, including the ability to synthesize complex data and use AI tooling
