Meta is seeking a sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Meta's advertising solutions. People joining our team will have an outstanding opportunity to grow client relationships as part of the CEE and Global Business Group [GBG] team. GBG connects businesses worldwide with their customers on Meta platforms, and helps them grow through Meta platforms and solutions. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. This role will establish and expand relationships with new clients, and continue to cultivate and grow relationships with strategic clients. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role will align with a Client Solutions Manager and counterparts within the Sales organization, to develop industry-specific business relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers. Success in this position will require a proven expertise to reach and influence executive level customers, develop & close new business, and provide the right solutions based on business needs, joint planning, and orchestrating execution through internal cross functional teams and external partners.The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Client Partner, CEE FMCG/ Retail/ Auto & Tech/ Mobility Team Responsibilities:
- Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising to drive clients' success leveraging Meta's ongoing product and technology developments. Act as a trusted advisor to help the clients grow and transform their business.
- Demonstrate business, financial and data analytics acumen: understand the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, develop strategic client plans to drive growth and joint partnerships objectives, define success metrics, including assessing and mitigating risks, and removing blockers.
- Develop and broaden collaborative relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, media, business, customer experience, and other relevant stakeholders, including contacts that manage multiple budget (brand, DR, CRM, etc.) and close deals with up to 40 customers.
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources, predict future sales revenue and share of wallet by analyzing the pipeline, external market conditions, client budgets and plans (annual)
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals
- Craft and deliver consultative sales pitches/presentations using data, industry knowledge, market trends, and Meta marketing solutions.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes
- Partner with other vertical teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Exhibits executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with complex client stakeholders and articulating business value to key/C-suite decision makers
- Methodic collaboration, coordination, communication across various entities (Meta Business Partners, agencies, cross-functional teams on client and Meta side, etc. )
- Brand Building, Marketing, Direct Response, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience - 10+ years of experience
- Experience in performance marketing driven industries
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems/complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sales
- Industry expertise & established network in advertising and business in Poland and/or other CEE market(s)
- Fluency in English and a CEE language
- Experience in a fast-paced complex sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
- Experience with identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the enterprise market
