Business Planning & Operations Lead, Reality Labs Retail Sales APAC

The Business Planning & Operations Lead role in Reality Labs at Meta offers a unique opportunity to bridge technical and business worlds, driving strategic direction and scaling operations for Metaverse AR/VR products globally. This position requires analytical thinking, leadership skills, and the capacity to solve complex business problems while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll manage global initiatives, improve operational rigor, and build cross-functional relationships to support scalable revenue growth. Business Planning & Operations Lead, Reality Labs Retail Sales APAC Responsibilities:

• Drive streamlined and efficient processes (e.g., reporting, prioritization) to further streamline rhythm of the business and team launch activities
• Manage global initiatives whilst working with the regional teams and also drive alignment and develop projects at regional level that have potential to scale at a global level
• Improve operational rigor through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. This includes identifying ways in which tools can be built and deployed to improve workflows
• Support sales teams on medium/long-term planning including analysis of business potential
• Business partnership with key leaders
• Build cross-functional relationships and identify resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Management Strategy Consulting, corporate strategy/Sales Planning & Operations or in a relevant field
• Experience solving complex business problems (retail, telco, operational, organizational), and to drive projects from strategy to execution
• Leadership and influencing skills, can lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans
• Knowledge of organizational dynamics, change management, and process improvement
• Project management experience
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• BA/BS in an analytical field or related field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
• Experience with consumer retail, telcos, and/or DTC
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
• Experience working with or in support of varied communities
• International experience and/or multicultural skills
