Business Marketing Associate - UK

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to build and execute strategic marketing initiatives for business audiences in the UK. This role focuses on driving partner value and product adoption across Meta's advertising solutions.You'll develop full-funnel marketing plans that span multiple channels - including digital, events, sales enablement, and partnerships - and take a cross-audience approach to ensure we reach the right customers with the right message. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Communications, and Policy, as well as regional teams in India, to shape impactful, insight-led programs.

Business Marketing Associate - UK Responsibilities:

  • Build, communicate, and execute strategic marketing plans that are aligned with business goals, using change and new developments as opportunities to help the marketing organization get where it needs to go faster by shaping the future through proactive, insight-led work
  • Focus on the biggest opportunities by prioritizing marketing programs that can drive the most value for Meta, our customers, and users. You'll use data, judgment, and evaluation to adapt existing approaches and ensure your efforts deliver meaningful results
  • Drive cross-audience execution in the United Kingdom market while collaborating closely with teams across India and regional partners, aligning on shared narratives and local business needs
  • Grow adoption of Meta's business products through partner education and audience-led programming - using a great understanding of the ecosystem to deliver solutions that address root causes and remove friction
  • Operate with a founder mindset, especially in ambiguous situations - gathering the right inputs, weighing options from different perspectives, and acting with clarity and accountability
  • Build productive working relationships with internal partners across teams and levels - including those less familiar with marketing - so you become a valued partner whose input is trusted, sought out, and acted upon
  • Independently own your area of work, while seeking feedback at key milestones and contributing to broader team goals. You'll provide guidance and input where you have subject expertise and support peers when needed
  • Demonstrate measurement rigor by evaluating the impact of your programs and iterating based on what works - keeping a close eye on performance to drive product adoption and incremental revenue

  • Proven experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners
  • Experience working in India with knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries
  • Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing programs that span multiple audiences, with proven business impact
  • Demonstrated experience of working on agile and high priority workstreams
  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing role
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
