The Avatars + Identity Team is looking for an Art Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products. Art producers at Meta are passionate connectors and problem solvers. You will design operational procedures, improve communication, remove roadblocks, manage vendor pipelines and you'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.This role will collaborate with art teams across the organization to produce compelling visual content in support of our ambitious roadmap.We are committed to creating Avatars that represent everyone's identity authentically in both current and yet-to-be-invented experiences. Avatar Art Producer Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine vision, goals and project requirements for Avatars art and product features
  • Engage with Art teams to define the art components and scope
  • Create and establish processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly
  • Proactively identify and mitigate production risks while executing against ambitious targets
  • Consistently communicate with cross functional partners, providing visibility on status and risk
  • Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets
  • Initiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
  • Track assets through the pipeline and support content releases
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading production in game development, film, start-ups or interactive media
  • Experience driving production process and shipping large projects within a 3D pipeline
  • Experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Experience working cooperatively with 3D artists and Leads
  • Effective leadership, communication and diplomatic skills
  • Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
