You must be well-versed in working across all mediums. You're a conceptual thinker and storyteller who can visualize your ideas in new and inspiring ways. You have a sharp point of view on concept, design, product design and art direction. When you decide to make something, you see your vision through from concept to launch.

• Art direct, design and concept conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, experiential etc
• Understand how art direction, design and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
• Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
• Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, engineers, insights, marketing, strategists and product managers
• Work autonomously, with little direction, multitasking across multiple projects
• Create original, breakthrough work
• Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts

• 10+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
• Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns
• Experience designing, art directing and articulating conceptual design decisions
• Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality prototypes using creative software and other tools
• History of self-initiated projects
• Knowledge and interest in product design and project strategy
• Detail-oriented design skills

• 15+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
• Extensive experience working on international campaigns across multiple markets
• Knowledge of localisation of campaigns
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
• Award-winning work
• Experience in pursuing and developing work using emerging technologies
• Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
