We're seeking an experienced APAC Regional Area Chef to oversee our food service programs across multiple sites in the APAC region, based out of our Singapore office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex budgets, vendor relationships, and food service operations to ensure high-quality dining experiences for our employees across the region. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills to drive business results and maintain a best-in-class operation.As APAC Regional Area Chef, you will be instrumental in driving program expectations, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize food service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives across wide-ranging markets in APAC.

APAC Regional Area Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage FTE Café Chefs throughout the APAC region and focus on team and individual development
- Responsible for all regional operations and management of direct reports
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure operations are up to standard
- Contribute to menu development by providing guidance on culinary programming
- Fully responsible for area budget
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure concerns are addressed with the vendor
- Innovation driver in areas of food trends, service level, inventory/budget controls
- Vendor Partner Management, including recruiting, billing, service standards, objective key results, regional priorities that meet the global business needs
- Implement and maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards in accordance with local regulations
- 12+ years of experience in kitchen management
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Experience leading teams, including coaching and development
- Knowledge of local allergenic guidelines and best practices
- Demonstrated budget management experience with large and complex budgets
- Working proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience in utilizing data and analytics to drive decisions
- Proven experience prioritizing and running multiple projects concurrently
- Proven track record of customer service, and communicating and collaborating effectively
- Serv-Safe Certified or equivalent for Singapore
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards in APAC region
- Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences in APAC region
- Experience with managing multicultural teams and vendors
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Singapore and APAC region
