Job Description:
The US Wire Product Management team as part of the International Payments team is responsible for end-to-end management and development of US Wire Payments Product for Bank of America's Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business. The team manages the US Wire product platform that is not only shared by all eight lines of business at the bank but also is required by the other bank products and services to operate, such as FX, cross-border RTP, Trade, Liquidity and Global Markets. The team is also responsible for overseeing and executing various large-scale industry initiatives such as the ISO 20022 implementation and 24x7x365 cross border payments processing. Additionally, the team supports all GPS corporate and commercial client segments, including multinational corporates, non-bank financial institutions, commercial/middle market and specialty industries such as gig economy players and fintechs, iconic tech companies and business banking clients.
This role is a key member of the US Wire Product Team and works with the head of US Wire Product and other senior product managers to own the product end-to-end and drive product enhancements. Key responsibilities include managing the product P&L, determining sophisticated client business needs, and establishing a product strategy to deliver on these opportunites and grow the business. During both the day to day management of the product and through investment /change, this role works closely with operational, technical, and compliance partners to provide for the clients' current and future needs.

Required Skills:
- Wholesale payments and/or corporate payments experience
- Understanding of Treasury Services and Transaction Banking businesses
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate across various functions and regions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities are often shifted and time-sensitive initiatives are brought in
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Skills:
- Treasury product management experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end wire payments process flows
- Experience of working in a large, global financial institution

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$105,000.00 - $166,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
