Line of Business Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Job expectations include handling in operational processes which may carry medium to high levels of monetary risk and assisting in training less experienced team members.

Line of Business Job Description:
The Order Management analyst provides back-up post-secondary Fixed Income, Equity & Option trade support for Wealth Management, Edge and Investment Solutions Group, along with supporting the 99-Markets call center line, email and order entry inquiries for Fixed Income, Equities and Options, managerial reporting, processing Non-market Trade Corrections, Trading Rejects & Exceptions each day. Lastly, the role includes some reporting to other areas and cross training on order status queries of Fixed Income, equities and options orders.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year related experience in financial services.
- Experience supporting a financial product sales or marketing desk.
- Experience resolving trade breaks.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products and the trading lifecycle
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced trading environment
- Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience reconciling trading ledgers.
Desired Skills:
- An aptitude for problem solving.
- Experience with Bloomberg terminal
- Fixed Income trade booking experience

Pay range
$24.00 - $37.50 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
