This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
  • Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
  • Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
  • Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
  • Automates manual release activities
  • Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

Required Qualifications :

  • 3 years of professional experience in designing and developing solution using MuleSoft technology .
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering , job related field required.
  • Must have MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) - Level 1 or higher.
  • Must have MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA).
  • Knowledge on salesforce platform .
  • Strong API Development and integration using Mule 4x and above runtime version using Any point Platform , Data weave , M-unit, and error handling
  • Proficiency in Integrating MuleSoft Microservices with databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience with big data Technologies for data ingestion, processing, and data integration .
  • Experience in Implementing API policies like Basic Authentication (Client ID enforcement), OAuth2.0 Authentication, IP whitelist/blocklist, Rate limiting.
  • Good experience in Cloud and SaaS integrations with salesforce using Salesforce Connectors, Bulk API, Streaming API, Apex Callouts.
  • Integration pattern knowledge (Synchronous , asynchronous).
  • experience on RAMLs & WSDLs to expose RESTful & SOAP web services.
  • String experience with Splunk for logging , monitoring, and dashboards .
  • Designing and developing dashboards and alerts based on real-time visibility into system health, API performance, and error rates.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in API development (OAuth, JWT, API Gateway policies).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) for automated deployments of MuleSoft applications.
