Bank of America is seeking a Informatica Developer with Salesforce expertise in application support.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional troubleshooting skills and a strong background in Informatica ETL process. They should have an in-depth understanding of Informatica data integration with Salesforce application with hands-on experience in Informatica ETL workflow. Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in handling Salesforce APEX /class, triggers, workflow and Oracle SQL queries and able to quickly analyze the application codebase to provide impact analysis for production issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
  • Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
  • Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
  • Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
  • Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
  • Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

Required Qualifications:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing timely resolution to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
  • Work closely with Platform/Level2/Development partners to triage the production incidents and document the root cause with additional analysis details.
  • Monitor and troubleshot ETL jobs, workflows and mappings
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal Oracle DB and Salesforce application
  • Handle Salesforce REST API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Utilize expertise in Apex trigger and async Apex development to provide support for Salesforce applications.
  • Write efficient and optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for production incident analysis.
  • Quickly understand the application code base and provide impact analysis for production issues.
  • Troubleshoot bulk API data loads to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Utilize exposure to Mule flows to enhance integration capabilities (advantageous).
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on issue resolution and project progress.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge in development
  • Understanding of Coding, SQL, and experience with Oracle Database is a great plus.
