Position Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for actively supporting the infrastructure for CrowdStrike (implementation of policies, blocks and exclusions) and Trellix/McAfee (ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS), Application Control (whitelisting), Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe)). Function includes health and wellness (monitoring, implementation of policies, implementation of exclusions / tasks, and new product version upgrades). Support the infrastructure for other security controls (BitLocker, Island Browser, & Cyber Gatekeeper) will be the daily responsibility of the candidate as well. They will interface with various Engineering teams, Vendors, Product Managers and Support teams to resolve complex issues, perform upgrades and provide project support. Role includes on call & after hours work as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years working experience with the CrowdStrike product
- 3+ years working experience with Trellix/McAfee suite of products (Application Control, ePO, ENS, DLP)
- 3+ years 2nd level support or higher of Desktop break/fix
- 2+ years engineering experience
- Must be familiar with hands-on experience of ePO configuration, policies, DAT, Exclusions, OAS & ODS, system tree, queries
- Knowledge of BitLocker, Island Browser, & Cyber Gatekeeper is desirable
- Candidate must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Must be a team-player and have experienced leading the technical aspects of a project
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Active Directory
Desired Qualifications:
- Automation skills to reduce manual activities
- Server support & SQL Database experience is helpful
- Familiarity of ITIL processes, ITSM Remedy, and ServiceNow
- Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
- Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator.
